Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM

• Check-out is 11:00 AM

• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.

Reservations & Deposits

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. For reservations of up to 5 nights, a deposit equal to one night of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. For reservations of more than 5 nights, a deposit equal to 25% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in. Reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, or other online travel agencies follow the payment and cancellation policies shown on those platforms at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the deposit charged at the time of booking.

Identification & Registration

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in. For online check-in, identification may be requested prior to arrival. For security reasons, all guests staying in the room must be registered with the hotel. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be approved by the front desk and may be required to present identification.

House Rules

• To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that everyone respect the atmosphere of the hotel and the comfort of other guests. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside guest rooms. If smoking occurs inside a guest room, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account. This fee covers the additional time, materials, and specialized cleaning required to remove smoke odor and restore the room for future guests.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property that occurs during their stay. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged if damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Pet Policy

Ipan Noya welcomes well-behaved dogs. A $20 pet fee per stay applies. A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted. Guests traveling with dogs should notify the hotel in advance so the room can be prepared accordingly. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets remain under control and do not disturb other guests or cause damage to the property. Dogs must remain supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.

Personal Belongings

Ipan Noya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and ensure rooms are properly locked when leaving. Items left behind will be kept for a limited period when possible. Shipping of lost items can be arranged at the guest’s expense.

Room Occupancy

Each room has a maximum occupancy based on room type. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the room.
